We also need your passport for just a few days so we can get the right stamps in place. Passport with completed visa forms and appropriate photos should be lodged with our office at time of final payment, 75 days prior to departure.
Let us know if you would like to extend your trip (i.e. by taking the
Temples of Angkor extension or the Road to Sapa). Other variations are possible, such as extra nights at the end or start of our trips.
If you do not want any international airfares, because you are joining one of our trips at the starting city make sure you let us know. Remember we can give TOUR ONLY prices.

And then … we will send you a confirmation and welcome letter by email or post with details of the flights, deposits and final payments. That’s it, very simple, now you can look forward to a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of our world.

1. All bookings must be accompanied buy a deposit of AUD $500 pp, with final payment 75 days prior to departure. We accept personal cheque, bank cheque, cash or direct deposit (contact us for bank details). We also accept all major credit cards but we do have a 2% administration fee on these transactions.
2. Visit the travellers medical vaccination web site to find out what (if any) vaccinations are require travelling to the destination you have decided on.
